The mount features a precision high smoothness & quality 96 tooth Altazimuth & Altitude worm gear drive set, thereby enabling a smooth operation for more demanding applications.
Also utilising flexible slow-motion control cables and a standard Saxon/ Skywatcher/ Vixen/ Celestron dovetail bar connection for easy mounting of your telescope.
The AZ5 heavy duty mount also features a mount rotation angle of 360° for Azimuth and -50° to +90° for Altitude. The AZ5 heavy duty mount comes fitted with an extendable tubular heavy duty stainless steel tripod & accessory tray.
