This filter may also be employed in the splitting of close double stars if one of the binary pair significantly exceeds the other in brightness.

The special purpose filter features a 13% total light transmission, enabling the excess glare of the moon to be transformed into greater detail, contrast & clarity.

Threaded for and compatible with standard 1.25 inch eyepieces and standard threaded star diagonals.
