This flashlight offers two lighting outputs, a single LED flashlight and dual coloured red or white rotating adjustable COB light with two brightness settings, ideal for astronomers and night vision support.
Integrated with a magnet and hook for effortless positioning as well as an included magnetic USB-C charging dock for easy recharging and illumination when required.
GAC-X is inspired from the star Gacrux (Gamma Cru), a red giant from the Crux constellation and is approximately 80 times bigger than our sun. Gacrux is the 25th brightest star in the sky and one of the four stars of the Southern Cross.
We have given up on the low quality Chinese red torches, in our opinion they are simply too flimsy – you deserve a better product – and yes this is twice the price – but it is a one hundred times better product.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS:
Option 1: Without charging dock.
Extend COB light arm to expose charging socket.
Remove the USB-C input rubber cover and connect charging cable to the USB C socket.
While flashlight is charging, the green LED battery level indicator lights will illuminate and flash, showing battery level.
Once flashlight has reached full charge, the LED battery level indicator will illuminate all 5 lights on solid green.
Once flashlight is fully charged, disconnect the USB-C cable and replace the rubber cover.
Option 2: With charging dock.
Connect USB-C charging cable to the USB-C socket on the end of the charging dock.
Place the flashlight onto the charging dock
While flashlight is charging, the green LED battery level indicator lights will illuminate and flash, showing battery level.
Once flashlight has reached full charge, the LED battery level indicator will illuminate all 5 lights on solid green.
Leaving the flashlight on the charging dock once fully charged is acceptable, the GAC-X includes over charge protection and will safely maintain full charge until required for use.
For ideal battery performance Astro Night recommend recharging the GAC-X every few months while not in use or in storage.
Recharging times will vary depending on your charging ports output performance.
