The new 2-lens ED Apo is a high quality telescope using a lens made with one element using quality ED glass. This combination reaches a quality capability in colour correction for this large and fast 2-lens Apochromat. The optic is a air spaced Apochromat with optical surfaces being broadband multicoated.

The dew cap and the main tube are made from aluminium, all other parts are also made using high quality aluminium, CNC turned and machined. Tube and dew cap are finished in the standard refractor white finish. The dew cap is screwed and retractable to get a shorter transportation length and has an shade at the front end which holds back dew from the lens for a longer time.

The focuser is a dual speed rack and pinion focuser with 1:10 micro focusing. The rotation enables you to bring your photographic equipment in the required position. It includes a sturdy holder for 50 mm viewfinder with quick changing bracket which is made so precise that you can change the finder many times and it´s always well adjusted.

The tube rings are made from black powder coated CNC machined aluminium and comes with a flat base and top with a central 1/4″ thread and 2 outer 1/4″ threads with 60mm center to center space (as per Astrophysics standard).

For the most an 152 mm f/8 is the largest transportable High End Apochromat. You can use it with bino viewer and it is also a perfect astrograph with our new Riccardi Reducer.
